I came here for 3 nights and had a very good stay. I loved the hotel, everything was excellant with a quiet atmosphere. The stuff where patient and attentive and the location was magnificent close to the subway.

We loved our 1-nights stay. It had central location close to Canal & Van Buren. There was a good restaurant relatively close to the hotel. The room we stayed in was neat and brand-new with a kind size bed and robes, as for instance. Everything seemed perfect, clean.
Some people working there were not so helpful.

Totally great experience. Many things to mention - everything was clean, outstanding food, great views. Stayed for 2 nights, the staff was courteous during all this time. They had a quick check-in.
Wi-Fi was terrible, made me a little nervous.

Absolutely perfect location, outstandingly accommodating staff, new room and fairly clean hotel. There were central heating, a writing table and an electronic key card in the room, loved that. The place was very close to the heart of Chicago. Average restaurant inside the property. We had a WONDERFUL stay at this incredibly friendly hotel.

the breakfast was nice hot and the pool was great. in my standard suite i had essentials needed, including a microwave, coffee/tea making machines and fridges. and it was surprisingly big and had a big bed. location was exceptional for what i needed. the service was unparalleled here. secured place to stay while in chicago.
